Despite the controversy of last year, or perhaps because of it, Ricky Gervais has returned for the third time to host this years 2012 Golden Globes.
As we write this, the ceremony is still going, and the critical reviews on his performance are still to be written. That aside, we do have the Ricky Gervais 2012 Golden Globes opening monologue for your viewing pleasure.
What did you think? Leave a comment below, but personally I thought it was a bit tame vs last year. Sure, there were some laughs, but you can’t help but think that he might have been a bit too scorned after last years effort to really go hard.
