Chinese Driver Sets New Loop-The-Loop Record [Video]

Ah the old loop-the-loop, how I remember it well from my childhood days of playing with my Hot Wheel track in the basement.
It seems though that there is an actual category in the Guinness World Records for the largest loop-the-loop driven by a real human being in a real vehicle and Li Yatao set a new record driving a Youngman Lotus L5 around a loop that measured 42 feet, 2.69 inches.
Don’t believe me then watch for yourself and then let us know if you could do better.

About the Author
Steven Hodson Steven has been around the tech world long enough to see most of the stuff we think of cool happen before which leads to a certain bit of cynicism that has contributed to him being known as the cranky old fart of the Internet. Besides sharing some of the goodness that he finds with you here at 42x you can also find him curating some digital goodness at Winextra (tech type stuff) and Rotten Gumdrops (for your daily dose of WTF).
