Jimmy Fallon Debuts “Tebowie” and Goes Viral [Video]
It doesn’t take much these days to go viral, that is if you happen to be Jimmy Fallon and you have a special talent for creating viral sensations. First he managed to pull off a string of successes with the help of Justin Timberlake and their History of Rap videos along with Neil Diamond and Bruce Springsteen offerings and now he’s done it this week by combining Tim Tebow and Bowie to create “Tebowie.”
Airing on Jan. 12 the segment features a spiked hair and sparkly Jimmy Fallon as he revamps the Bowie hit “Space Oddity” into a lyrical version featuring Tim Tebow and his low for everything Jesus Christ.
Fallon starts the song with the hilarious lyrics:
“Tim Tebow to Jesus Christ…Can’t win by myself, but with your help I might.”
